Harmony needed between HR functions, Knowledgepool’s Al Bird tells HR Grapevine

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Al says: “It’s less about ‘competition’ between HR functions and more about ‘tuning in’ to what the business needs. After all, the optimal outcome will be to encourage all of the HR functions to work together in harmony.”

This comes after the results of KnowledgePool’s Learning Curve study show that the Learning & Development function in organisations is being overlooked.
