KnowledgePool and Global Learning Alliance sign mentoring contract

KnowledgePool, the worldwide learning solutions provider has partnered with Global Learning Alliance to offer 24×7 online mentoring to the Alliance’s partners worldwide. Global Learning Alliance partners can take advantage of the innovative service from KnowledgePool which provides online access via chat rooms to subject matter experts who respond to students’ queries in real time. One of the first organisations to introduce this unique and valuable service is, a Danish IT training provider. Through their recently launched SmartStudy programme KnowledgePool’s mentors will provide 24×7 online support for Microsoft MCSE; MCSA and MCDBA certification courses; together with Cisco and Oracle technical courses.

Xpertise, the UK-wide provider of training for IT professionals and developers and a GLA Premier Partner, has also introduced the mentoring service into its ‘Xceed’ learning support programme.”Xpertise is extending the learning experience for technical professionals beyond the classroom. KnowledgePool’s new partnership with Global Learning Alliance marks an important stage in the history of KnowledgePool’s online mentoring service. Launched in 1995, KnowledgePool Online has provided real-time, remote support services to millions of students from the Antarctic to the west coast of the United States. GLA’s partners can now offer mentoring either as part of an online training course or as post course support following a traditional instructor led course. The service can be localised and provided with customised support; or students can take advantage of the 24×7 mentoring available in English.
