This recognition follows TrainingIndustry.com’s annual assessment to determine suppliers’ expertise, experience and capabilities, distinguishing those best suited for world-class outsourcing engagements. This is the ninth consecutive year that KnowledgePool has been awarded this ranking, demonstrating the company’s continued commitment to delivering a first-class service to its clients. The Top 20 list recognises the leading training outsourcing companies for their high quality services and comprehensive capabilities. All have demonstrated experience managing major BPO engagements, and use their influence and expertise to advance the training industry.
