Knowledgepool ranked top once again

Managed learning provider named a Top 20 global training outsourcing company by TrainingIndustry.com

KnowledgePool has been recognised as one of the world’s best learning outsourcing companies by TrainingIndustry.com. The accolade follows TrainingIndustry.com’s annual assessment to determine suppliers’ expertise, experience and capabilities, to determine those best suited for world-class outsourcing engagements. This is the 8th consecutive year that KnowledgePool has been awarded this ranking, demonstrating the company’s on going commitment to delivering a high-quality service to its clients.

The Top 20 list recognizes the leading training outsourcing companies for the quality of its services and comprehensive capabilities. All companies listed have demonstrated expertise and experience in managing major Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) engagements as well as creating a significant impact on the industry.
