We offer a range of fully-funded programmes dedicated to unlocking talent and helping organisations thrive and grow.
Pre-employment programmes provide unemployed people with the opportunity to learn new, relevant skills and gain invaluable work-based experience. We work with organisations like yours to deliver nationally recognised pre-employment programmes in the form of Traineeships and Sector-Based Work Academies.
Traineeships help young people develop the skills and workplace behaviours they need to find, stay and progress in work. Through Traineeships, unemployed people aged 16-24 receive pre-employment training and support followed by a substantial work experience placement with a willing employer.
Sector-Based Work Academies (SBWAs) are a government/Job Centre initiative aimed at helping those who are ready for work and receiving benefits (Job Seekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance or Universal Credits) to secure employment whilst also assisting businesses recruit a skilled workforce that fulfils their short term and long term recruitment needs.
It is important that learners have the opportunity to learn real work skills whilst in a work environment, with the support of an organisation providing them the ability to demonstrate and practice their new skills in the workplace. Our team will be on hand to provide any support or guidance needed throughout the programme.
